How can you help promote belief in the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist?

Evangelization of the Real Presence

"The Eucharist is an impulse for evangelization in this Third Milennium because it is not only its center, but also the fount from which the evangelizing action flows and is moved ahead in the contemporary world" (48th Eucharistic Congress, 61).

Singles of the Eucharist proposes that singles that love the Blessed Sacrament unify to promote the image of the Blessed Sacrament when placed in the monstrance. The image invokes memory of the Presence of our Lord and the fount of His love when He is placed, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Monstrance vessel.

"The presence of Jesus in the tabernacle must be a kind of magnetic pole attracting an ever greater number of souls enamoured of him, ready to wait patiently to hear his voice and as it were, to sense the beating of his heart. 'O taste and see that the lord is good!'" (Mane nobiscum Domine, 18).

The Singles of the Eucharist goal is to glorify God by using this image to evangelize the Real Presence. Singles of the Eucharist are called to be “sentinels of the morning” because as “children of the light, we are called to give the world meaning, so that the rays of light are clearly evident” (48th Eucharistic Congress, 19,22).

Christ enthroned in the Monstrance appears to be such a little thing, but we know that it is our Lord that shines forth from beautiful and ornate Monstrances of precious metal and sometimes surrounded by precious gems, as is fit for a King. Seeing this image and with an assent of grace by faith, God's presence is known and felt, and He feels our hearts and lives with His merciful love.

Singles of the Eucharist will share this image/logo/symbol of the Blessed Sacrament in the Monstrance with others. The image can help people visualize what the Catholic Church teaches: that Christ’s Kingdom is here on earth, now, and He reigns not only with the Father and the Holy Spirit in our hearts, souls and minds, but He is also Body, Soul and Divinity; wholly and con-substantially present with the Father and the Holy Spirit on earth in all the Masses throughout the world and in all the Adoration Chapels throughout the world.

We are called to show charity and compassion for all people. What better way to show our love for our neighbor than to care that they haven't had the opportunity to experience the grace that comes from Eucharistic communion with the Lord and for their eternal Salvation that comes most easily through living a sacramental life and given to us through the Priesthood of God's Church. God said, “If you don’t eat my Body or drink my Blood, you have no life in you (Jn. 6:53)."

The Singles of the Eucharist logo will be on our clothes, i.e.' shirts, hats and the things we use, i.e.; our cars, pens, cups, etc. We will start our efforts to evangelizing the Real Presence with images and without words. Individually and together Singles of the Eucharist must learn how to answer the questions that will be posed to us when we wear the image. With God's grace, our prayers and evangelization efforts will result in conversions to God's holy Catholic Church.
